For very few Deviant Art is a functioning community bur for those who aren't in the "in" crowd they have to deal with the worst things such as, everyone taking offense to every little thing someone says, how the people who work hard on developing technical and solid skills are constantly stepped on by those who steal art, only do digital work, or are constantly berated with people whose ignorance and blatant stupidity leads them to start little internet wars to make themselves feel better about themselves.

It is so sad to see those with budding and growing talent being swallowed by people who don't give a shit and go to art school because some teacher in the fifth grade told them that their traced pikachu was amazing.

I will still have my account to check up on the artists I enjoy.
